Introduction

New Look is a British global fashion store retailer with a chain of high street shops nationwide. It was founded in 1969. The chain sells womenswear, menswear, and clothing for teens. 

Case Study: Brand Leadership

Effective communication is one of the pillars of a well-managed retail organization. Open communication builds trust between managers and employees and creates a better store environment.

The challenge with a retail business with nationwide stores is that staff are located in different places all over the country.
